Ty’s mission is to make fitness feel empowering, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone, no matter their background or experience. In his classes, participants build strength, find flow, and celebrate diversity through movement, creating a space where everybody is welcome. For Ty, it’s not just about the workout—it’s about helping people discover their own power, move with purpose, and grow inside and out.

@bossgirlgolf
Meet Torri, the founder of Boss Girls Golf, a social organization born out of her passion for the game and her journey as a self-taught golfer. When she first picked up a club, she quickly realized how intimidating and exclusive golf could feel, especially for women. Instead of letting that discourage her, Torri taught herself, built her skills, and discovered how empowering the game could be. She created Boss Girls Golf to share that joy and make golf more approachable, fun, and inclusive for women of all backgrounds. For Torri, it’s not just about the sport—it’s about building confidence, creating meaningful connections, and proving that golf can be a space where women thrive both on and off the course.
